Salsa Hacha Dance Company was founded in July 2005 by Roj and Aoy, one of the most well known Salsa Couples in Thailand. Both are considered the pioneer of LA Style in Thailand and they have been performing and teaching together since 2000.

Hacha (axe in Spanish) represents the shape of Thailand. "Salsa Hacha" is our Salsa way of saying that we are "Salsa Thailand". The team has performed in various local and international salsa events, including 2007 Singapore Salsa Festival, 2005-2007 Hong Kong Salsa Festival, 2005-2008 Salsa Bangkok Fiesta, 2006 West Cost Congress (LA), 2003 Thailand Salsa Festival-Bangkok.
